We are beyond proud of Caroline’s remarkable achievement and the dedication, passion, and hard work she has given the Community Transport sector in Pembrokeshire over the last 22 years.
Being recognised among such esteemed company from finalists all over the UK is a testament to Caroline’s talent and drive.
Throughout the UK, only 5% of Community Transport operators are Women who work in the industry.

Congratulations to Sue Canham from the Royal Voluntary Service, who is the winner of the Individual over-25 Volunteering Award presented by Dr Neil Wooding (Chair of Hywel Dda Health Board & WCVA CGGC).
Sue volunteers every day of the week, and helps RVS to provide a service to those individuals requiring transport. Her exceptional interpersonal skills and unwavering commitment ensure clients receive timely and compassionate support.
The nominator highlighted her patience, empathy, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and volunteer drivers. Despite her visual impairment, Sue prioritises the needs of others, demonstrating remarkable resilience and dedication. Sue cares, and her enthusiasm is second to none with a commitment to match.
