This is a flexible and rewarding role that plays a vital part in supporting community transport organisations, charities, voluntary groups, local authorities and volunteer drivers to operate safely and confidently.

· Good organisational and administrative abilities.
· Confidence delivering training and speaking to groups.
· Strong commitment to road safety and accessibility.
· Ability to work independently and manage a flexible workload.
· A full UK driving licence – including Category D1 held for a minimum of two years
Previous experience as a MiDAS Trainer, Driving Instructor, Driver Assessor or Driver Assessor Trainer would be advantageous but is not essential, as support and training can be provided for the right candidate.
