Bloomfield Community Centre adds to vehicle fleet with collection of new accessible minibus

Bloomfield Community Centre recently added to their vehicle fleet with the collection of a new accessible minibus, thanks to Pembrokeshire County Council’s Enhancing Pembrokeshire Grant.

Pembrokeshire Association of Community Transport Organisations’ (PACTO) Accessible Vehicle Coordinator, Damian Golden, and Bloomfield Community Centre’s volunteer driver, Peter Ordway, travelled to Car, Van and Minibus (CVM) World in Stoke last Tuesday (June 1) to collect the centre’s latest addition to their fleet: a Renault Master accessible minibus.

CVM World are vastly experienced, expert engineers adept at adaptations, creating compliant bespoke builds in their centrally-located, fully-equipped workshops in Staffordshire.

Speaking on the new vehicle, Peter stated: “Our new minibus is an excellent addition to Bloomfield, which will enable us to offer even more facilities to our local community and the surrounding areas.”

Sharing his thoughts, Damian added: “This accessible minibus is another important step in ensuring that members of our community can stay connected and active. Reliable and inclusive transport is vital for so many people, and we are grateful to Pembrokeshire County Council’s Enhancing Pembrokeshire Grant who helped make this investment possible.”
